Return Policy

This policy is an integral and binding part of our engagement process for any individual or entity initiating a transaction with us, regardless of whether a formal Franchise Agreement has been executed.

Site Visit Fee – ₹20,000

The Site Visit Fee is a mandatory upfront payment required for our expert team to physically inspect and evaluate the proposed location for a prospective R-freshmar grocery store. This fee covers the investment costs associated with:

Travel and logistics for our representatives.

Expert manpower deployment for assessment.

Technical and commercial feasibility assessment for fresh produce retail.

Consultation and feedback to the client regarding site viability.

Refund Condition: The ₹20,000 Site Visit Fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including if the location is ultimately rejected by our team or if the applicant decides not to pursue the franchise investment. This fee is compensatory in nature, covering services rendered.

Site Locking Amount – ₹50,000

The Site Locking Amount is only applicable after the site visit is completed and the location has been formally approved by our team. It is intended for prospective franchisees who wish to secure and reserve their approved location under the R-freshmar brand while preparing the full franchise investment.

This payment grants the applicant exclusivity over the location for a limited period (typically up to 30 days), during which no other applications for the same site will be entertained.

Refund Condition

Refundable only if the site visit has not yet been conducted.

Once the site visit is complete and the ₹50,000 is paid to lock the area, the amount becomes non-refundable.

However, it will be 100% adjustable against the final Franchise Fee of ₹2,10,000 if the remaining payment is completed within the designated lock-in period.

If the applicant fails to complete the remaining franchise investment within the lock-in period or chooses to withdraw, the Site Locking Amount stands forfeited.

Franchise Fee – ₹2,10,000

The Franchise Fee covers the entirety of the setup cost and necessary support required to launch an R-freshmar franchise. This investment includes:

Brand usage rights and franchise license for fresh produce sales.

Store layout planning and guidance.

Professional business setup support.

Complete branding and marketing collateral for online grocery promotions.

Staff hiring/training assistance and operational guidance.

Vendor, inventory, and billing system support.

Ongoing handholding until the store launch.

Refund Conditions

50% Refund Within 7 Days (Before Agreement Is Signed)

If the franchisee makes the full payment but chooses to cancel within 7 calendar days and has not signed the Franchise Agreement, they may be eligible for a 50% refund.

The request must be in writing with proof of payment. Approval is subject to management discretion and review of internal costs incurred.

❌ No Refund After 7 Days or After Agreement Is Signed

After the 7-day window or once the Franchise Agreement has been signed, the full amount becomes non-refundable, as critical backend operations (design, documentation, branding, and location-specific work) commence immediately. This holds true even if the store is not yet launched.

⚠ Medical/Emergency Refunds – Case-by-Case Basis (Up to 50%)

Valid and verifiable documents (e.g., medical reports) are submitted.

The request is made within 15 days from payment.

No Franchise Agreement has been signed and minimal backend work has been initiated. The final decision rests solely with R-freshmar’s senior management and is binding.

Software Fee

The Software Fee is a mandatory, one-time payment that covers the cost of essential digital tools to operate an R-freshmar store.

Setup and activation of licensed POS (Point-of-Sale) and inventory systems.

Configuration of store-specific grocery modules.

The software is licensed and provisioned specifically for the franchisee’s approved store location. Accordingly, the Software Fee is strictly non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced or system credentials have been issued.

General Conditions and Contact

Project Hold: In case of a personal or family emergency, R-freshmar may, at its discretion, allow the franchise project to be put on hold for a period of up to 6 months.

Refund Processing: Any eligible refund (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval and issued only to the original payment source.
